I Can't Win

It's 4:30a.m., and Jackson is sound asleep in his bassinet. He has been asleep since 7:30p.m.! He pipsqueaked at 2:45a.m., but I turned on the static real low, and he went right back to sleep! In my mind, he has slept through the night! Woo hoo. So why am I up at 4:30?!? Well, of course, Ollie has to go outside at 4:30, and when the baby sleeps through the night and doesn't eat when you're a breastfeeding mother, things become a "big" problem. So here I am, working in the middle of the night even though Jackson is sound asleep. I'm going to go crawl back under the covers now and pray that Jackson continues to sleep through the night.
